Pepperoni Pizza Grilled Cheese Recipe

Pizza:
- 2 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 10 slices of your choice of bread (alternatives: Waffles)
- 10 slices mozzarella cheese
- Sliced pepperoni (Either warm in microwave or over low heat in a skillet for about 10 seconds)
Garlic butter:
- 7 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp fresh or dried parsley
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
1. In a medium skillet set over medium-low heat, add the butter and melt.
2. Place two pieces of toast side by side.
3. Add a slice of mozzarella, 9 pepperoni, and another slice of mozzarella to each slice of bread.
4. Place remaining slices of bread on top.
5. Cook on each side for about 3 minutes or until the cheese is melty.
6. While waiting, make the garlic butter.
7. In a small microwave safe bowl, add the butter. Heat until melted.
8. Stir in parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
9. Using a pastry brush, brush on both sides of grilled cheese and cook on each side for 30 seconds.
10. After 30 seconds, remove from skillet and place on serving dish.
11. Then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dip in your favorite marinara.
French Bread Pizza

6 tablespoons of butter

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 loaf of French Bread

1 cup of pizza sauce

1/2 cup of pepperoni

2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat oven to 400-degrees. In a small bowl, melt butter. Add garlic powder and fresh parsley. Slice French bread lengthwise and brush garlic butter mixture onto the bread.
2. Place French bread on a large baking sheet, open-side up. Bake 5-8 minute or until bread is nice and golden-brown.
3. Remove bread from oven and reduce oven heat to 350-degrees. Place half of the pepperoni in a layer over the bread.
4. Spread pizza sauce over the pepperoni.
5. Add cheese and remaining pepperoni.
6. Bake for another 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley and oregano.
